Hotel management
Armenian Tourism Federation within the framework of the RECONOMY pilot program "Development of skills and knowledge" in cooperation with the NGO Agency for Strategic Development is organizing a course on "Hotel management”.
The program encourages the participation of unemployed women and youths.
The module of the course on the topic "Hotel Management" is based on research and requirements of the labor market.
As a result of the training, participants:
Will be able to
- Ensure mutually beneficial management and effective cooperation of all parts of the hotel, as well as the proper implementation of their functions
- Monitor the activity of all Hotel Facilities cycles
Will acquire
- Knowledge of legislation regulating hotel services
- Knowledge of criteria and process of Hotel Facilities qualification
- Skills in providing hotel services and forming interpersonal relationships
