Армянская федерация туризма в рамках пилотной программы RECONOMY “Развитие навыков и знаний” в сотрудничестве с Агентством стратегического развития ОО организует курс на тему “Управление гостиничным делом”.
Программа поощряет участие безработных женщин и молодежи.
Модуль курса по теме "Управление гостиничным делом" основан на исследованиях и требованиях рынка труда.
В результате обучения участники:
Смогут
- Обеспечить взаимовыгодное управление и эффективное сотрудничество всех звеньев гостиницы, а также надлежащее осуществление их функций
- Мониторинг активности всех циклов ОГХ
Будут владеть
- Законодательством, регулирующим гостиничные услуги
- Критериями и процессом квалификации ОГХ
- Навыками предоставления гостиничных услуг и формирования межличностных отношений
