In 2002, the company laid the foundation for eco-tourism by planting 3,500 dogwood trees endemic to the Tavush region.

In 2004, a new direction in Armenian tourism was created - horseback riding. Routes lasting from 40 minutes to 12 days have been developed, which are successfully operating to this day.

In 2015, the largest adventure park in the Caucasus was built - Yell Extreme Park.
