On June 21, 2025 traditional annual “Mimino” Armenian-Georgian Cultural Culinary Festival was held in the Dilijan community of Tavush Province, Armenia.
The festival was organized by the Development and Preservation of Armenian Culinary Traditions NGO, in collaboration with the Armenian Tourism Federation.
The festival featured the rich cultures of Armenia and Georgia, including their cuisines, music, songs, and dances-celebrating both their commonalities and unique characteristics.
During the days of the “Mimino” festival-June 19 to 21-a new initiative was also launched: the International Contest of Chefs Dilijan 2025. This culinary competition brought together professionals from various countries and was held with the participation of the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WACS) and the Unified National Culinary Association (UNCA).
The awards ceremony for the winning teams of the contest took place on the stage of the “Mimino” festival.
These events were held with the support of the Tourism Committee of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, and in cooperation with the Dilijan community and municipality.
