Introduction to the Amadeus Program:
Booking:
- How to create and read a booking record – PNR,
- All main elements of a booking and their significance,
- How to modify a booking – all possible actions related to bookings (ticket exchanges/returns),
- How to work with the booking archive,
- How to find the cheapest fare,
- Flights – How to view flight schedules,
- How to read fare rules.
Amadeus Information System:
- Working with queues,
- Coordinating correspondence with airlines,
- Amadeus reference system,
- How to organize the booking process through Amadeus.
Through extensive practical exercises, you will gain hands-on experience with the system and learn to use it professionally.
